Is there any connection between breathing and manifestation of our intentions?
Breathing is a reflection of the state of our mind and consciousness. They are not separated, the only difference is in the subtlety of the action and its expression.
The mind is the finer and breathing is the rougher part of the same process in our being. Together they are connected by energy, that is, the mind is the finer and breathing is the rougher kind of action of the energy of our being.
Fundamentally, energy is what is crucial in the process of attraction, energy that is guided by the mind or a conscious intention.
In order to make the intention of the mind and the managing of the mind using energy as clear as possible, so it could obtain better results in the process of attracting, breathing should be as conscious and as correct as possible.
In order for the breathing to be as correct and as conscious as possible, the body must be conscious and healthy, as well. A very useful discipline when it comes to this is yoga.
After all, it is clear that one who has the discipline of the body and the mind, will achieve any process of attraction much easier.
The awareness of breathing strengthens the awareness of oneself and the awareness of the present moment.
The awareness of the present moment is the consciousness of the quantum mind, the consciousness of the universal field in which all existence is connected in unity, regardless of time and space.
When we apply the law of attraction, we simply tune in with the awareness of the quantum field in which everything is readily available, connected and present as an opportunity.
Our individual consciousness acts as the activator that exposes every possibility from that universal field to existence. We see this as “attraction”, although in reality nothing happens except for the transition from the implicit order (quantum field) to the manifested state of the outer world we live in, under the influence of our consciousness.
To do this, our consciousness must operate from the most subtle field, and it is independent of time and space, which is the consciousness of the present moment.
The awareness of breathing, which is best achieved through the practice of vipassana meditation, is the best way of raising the present moment and acting from the finest source of awareness, and therefore the best way to apply the law of attraction.
